I am an administrator for a company that has an old version of Citrix Netscaler. The problem is that older SSL Cipher suites are no longer supported in the newest Citrix Workspace App. The Citrix Netscaler version we are running does not support the newest ciphers.

In the folder that opens, if you have Citrix already installed then you need to remove it first by clicking on the uninstall icon, if it is not installed then click Install Citrix Workspace. The oldest Workspace App that works is version 1903 (https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/legacy-receiver-for-mac/workspace-app-for-mac-19031.html) which unfortunately is not supported on Catalina.
